The Architect will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects that meet or exceed both client expectations and the aspirations of the Practice in terms of achieving high quality work.
You will manage the input of Architectural Assistants and be supported by Associates and Partners within the team and Practice to help you achieve your goals.
- Undertake day to day client liaison, take instructions, keep records, report up as necessary.
- Communicate project objectives, project quality plan and project management processes to the design team and external consultants.
- Monitor the progress and performance of your team against an agreed programme and budget and take action as required to ensure project objectives are met.
- Operate effective procedures to ensure HTA responds to and acts upon information received from others in a
timely manner
