The Architect will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects that meet or exceed both client expectations and the aspirations of the Practice in terms of achieving high quality work.
You will manage the input of Architectural Assistants and be supported by Associates and Partners within the team and Practice to help you achieve your goals.
Stephen is the Founder of the Architecture Social and an ambassador for the Architect’s Benevolent Society, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a professional member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation and the Association Of Professional Staffing Companies.
He is also a former elected Council Member of the RIBA, Group Member of RIBA’s Future Architects and Education Group, Visiting Critic and Teaching Assistant of Manchester School of Architecture, professional mentor for Postgraduate Architecture students at the University of Westminster, and a guest lecturer for students of LMJU, MSA and Coventry University.
Hannah worked in the industry as creative support for esteemed practices such as WilkinsonEyre, Adjaye Associates, Feix&Merlin as well as Holland Harvey before starting her career in Architecture Recruitment.
Her love for the built environment and experience working in the industry means that she wholeheartedly enjoys discussing projects and guiding candidates through portfolios, this combined with her interpersonal skills enables brilliant and long-lasting placements.
Sheena has gained since 2018 several years of experience helping studios on the recruitment a wide range of business support roles such as Office Management, Marketing, Bids, HR, Project Managers to Visualisers and Graphic Designers for both Architecture Practices as well as Interior Design Studios.
Tom leads the Architecture Social’s In-House recruitment service, which offers practices a revolutionary way to discover and acquire top talent from across the architecture and design industry.
Before joining the Architecture Social, Tom gained extensive experience in the profession working for nearly four years at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) before making the move to architecture recruitment two years ago. At the RIBA, he was pivotal in managing large scale professional events. He was also a key member of the RIBA’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and managed the Large Practice Expert Advisory Group.
