The Role

The studio is looking for an Architect who can support projects from design development into technical stages, working with colleagues, consultants and clients to keep the intent of the work intact.

You would suit this role if you enjoy being close to the detail, but still want to contribute to the wider design conversation.

What You Will Be Working On

• Design development, coordination and technical packages
• Residential, retrofit, mixed-use and commercial projects
• ArchiCAD-led project information and drawing production
• Consultant coordination, client conversations and project delivery

What You Will Bring

• ARB registration, with RIBA Chartered Membership or equivalent preferred
• Strong ArchiCAD skills, or a clear ability to work in a BIM-led studio
• UK project experience across design and technical stages
• A calm, organised approach to deadlines, coordination and communication

The salary should sit around £38,000 to £45,000, subject to final confirmation. The working pattern is expected to be hybrid in London.
