About the Role:
The studio is seeking an Associate Architect with extensive experience in the DfE public sector, particularly with schools, to lead their dynamic team in London. Your expertise will guide the delivery of projects that align with government agendas focusing on modern construction techniques (MMC) and sustainability, creating carbon-neutral, impactful educational spaces.
Your role will involve direct leadership and development of junior talent within the studio, showcasing your commitment to mentorship and growth. Your ability to manage multiple or complex projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and timely completion, will be invaluable. In addition, your skills in building positive relationships, managing client interactions, and contributing to new business wins will be key to your success in this role.
What You Bring:
- A deep passion for and experience in school projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and an educated background to at least RIBA Part 3 level, coupled with significant post-qualification experience.
- A proactive approach to project management, from initial brief through detailed design, with the capability to lead presentations and client engagements effectively.
- Strong design and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in managing design processes, coordinating design teams, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
