About

Hollie Welch is an Associate Director at dMFK, the London architecture practice, where she leads commercial workplace and office design projects.

Originally from the north east of England, Hollie was first encouraged into architecture by her school art teacher. She studied for her BA and Master's at Northumbria University and completed her year out with Practice Space Architects near Newcastle, working on civic, residential and educational projects. She moved to London and joined dMFK in 2017, progressing to Associate Director over nearly eight years with the practice.

Her work focuses on the commercial workplace sector. Early projects included a large fit out for The Office Group (TOG) across three floors at One Canada Square in Canary Wharf. More recently she has worked on Story, a serviced office product for British Land at 201 Bishopsgate, and a fit out for Dome at 19 Fitzroy Street. Her interests span flexible, ready-to-go workspace models, sustainability and the reuse of ageing building stock, and designing offices that genuinely draw people back in.
