    Description

Petr is one of the founding partners of ThirdWay Architecture and a graduate of the Bartlett School of Architecture having previously worked with international firms, Gensler and Foster + Partners. Immediately prior to TWA, Petr worked at the award-winning practice MATT Architecture, where he was a project runner on the redevelopment of two 45,000 sqft sites in Wimbledon, Pinnacle House and Wellington House, both comprising refurbishment and significant new build elements to unlock potential, extend and re-brand the existing buildings.

This project approach is key to Petr’s approach as a director of TWA, with a number of live projects that commercially add value through careful reconsideration of an existing site, optimising additional area gains and exploring a number of ways to improve the aesthetic of the building both internally and externally. Notable project examples include Chapter House, which will complete in early Summer 2019 and in Loman Street, which will start on site Q4 2019.

Petr is particularly partial to a clashing sock and shoe combo, can word for word recite Will Smith’s musical back-catalogue and has two Italian cats, Pizza and Pasta.
