David Gilhooley was responsible for the near single-handed preparation of the Planning, Building Regulations, Tender and Construction drawing packages, together with the development and coordination of detailed design information throughout the project. The project involved extensive underpinning works, refurbishment of significant historic elements and the integration of bespoke architectural detailing throughout.
