About the Designer
Derick Okelo is a recent Part 2 Architecture graduate who consistently strives to push the boundaries of design, as demonstrated in his innovative Master’s projects. His journey into architecture began with an undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture and Venue Design, offering him a unique perspective on architectural design. Derick’s professional experience includes building surveying with GreenHatch Group, where he refined his CAD drafting skills, and a role as a 3D artist with T2 Design Solutions, where he developed advanced 3D visualization expertise using tools like Rhino, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine. During his Master’s studies, Derick was selected to represent his university in the prestigious MAKE Architects competition in London, showcasing his ability to collaborate, design, and present concepts at a professional level.
