    Indicative only. This calculator is a quick estimate for architecture hiring. Final terms, rebate eligibility and any graduate fee arrangement must be agreed in writing before the search starts.

    What the calculator includes

    • Tiered permanent recruitment fee rates.
    • Chargeable package additions such as guaranteed bonus or car value.

    • VAT, rebate estimate and comparison against another fee rate.

    Default Architecture Social tiers

    Current default calculation uses 20% up to £59,999, 22.5% from £60,000 to £84,999, and 25% from £85,000 upwards.

    This is a calculator, not a contract. The signed terms of business always control the actual fee.

    Graduate roles

    The graduate option is included because the old tool referenced 0% graduate support for eligible existing clients. It should only be used where the arrangement has been agreed in writing before the placement process starts.

    Rebates

    The rebate estimate follows the simple 12-week schedule: less than 2 weeks, 100%; 2 to 4 weeks, 75%; 4 to 8 weeks, 50%; 8 to 12 weeks, 25%; 12 weeks or more, 0%.

    Rebates are subject to eligibility, cause of termination and the exact terms agreed.

    Use the number to decide the route
