Payment Terms
Invoice Payment: Fees are payable within 14 days of invoice date. Late payment interest applies at statutory rates.
Fee Liability
Introduction Period: Fees apply when a candidate is engaged within 6 months of introduction, whether directly or through a third party.
Third Party Disclosure: If you share candidate details with third parties who subsequently hire them, full fees apply.
Graduate Positions (0% Fee)
Eligibility: Available only to existing clients who have hired through Architecture Social in the last 12 months and paid fees in full.
Position Types: Architectural Assistant Part I, Graduate Architecture Technician/Technologist, Graduate Interior Designer, Graduate Landscape Designer/Architect, Graduate Urban Designer.
Pre-Agreement Required: All graduate positions must be discussed and agreed in writing before commencement to be eligible for 0% fee.
Rebate Terms
Standard Rebate Period: Our default terms include a 12-week rebate period with graduated percentages. Customised terms may affect this period.
Rebate Conditions: Rebates do not apply if termination is due to redundancy, poor performance during induction, or if the candidate was previously employed by the client within 12 months.
Additional Terms
Company Car: Where a company car is provided, £5,000 is added to the salary for fee calculation purposes.
Fixed Term Contracts: For contracts less than 12 months, fees apply pro-rata.
Data Protection: All candidate information must be kept confidential and not shared without written consent.
