Blushcloud

Blushcloud is a diversity and inclusion consultancy that also provides leadership and career coaching. Its tagline, "we change the atmosphere", captures the aim: helping organisations build workplaces where everyone can bring their best to the table.

Blushcloud was founded by Katya Veleva, whose career moved from architecture and BIM into inclusion, equity and diversity work. That route through the built environment shapes how the consultancy works with construction and design businesses, combining lived experience with a practical understanding of how teams operate day to day.

The work spans inclusive leadership, change management, workplace language and behaviour, and employee resource groups. Rather than treating inclusion as policy wording alone, Blushcloud focuses on the everyday culture that decides how people actually experience work, and on the coaching that supports personal and professional development.
