Ede Enablers

Ede Enablers is an innovative project leadership consultancy based in London. It is not an architectural practice or a project management firm. Instead it focuses on the effective setup, curation and leadership of environmentally and socially conscious built environment projects.

The consultancy works with leaders who want to push what is possible without driving themselves or their teams into the ground. It supports them to develop a brief, create and advocate for a project vision, establish a flexible strategic framework, put the right support systems in place, and cultivate high performing teams, whether at the start of a project or midway through.

Ede Enablers was founded by architect and author Tania Ihlenfeld, who draws on more than 23 years in the built environment, including almost 13 years at Grimshaw in London and major infrastructure leadership, to help a more diverse range of leaders deliver high quality projects with greater clarity, confidence and ease.
