About

Tania Ihlenfeld is an architect, author and entrepreneur, and the founder of Ede Enablers, a London based project leadership consultancy for the built environment.

She has more than 23 years of experience leading and innovating within multidisciplinary teams, including almost 13 years at Grimshaw in London. Across her career she has led projects ranging from small scale residential schemes through to large scale major infrastructure, including a 100 strong multidisciplinary team on the Heathrow Expansion Programme. She describes project leadership as acting as a conduit between design teams, stakeholders and the client, and navigating complex projects through to a successful outcome.

Tania is the author of the leadership book Build Success and has served as Women in Architecture UK mentoring lead. She is a vocal champion of courageous, enabling leadership, of developing the next generation of leaders, and of the idea that leaders do not need to be extroverts.
