Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching

Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching is a leadership development practice founded in 2021 by Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA, an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. The practice helps women working in architecture, hospitality and other majority male industries build the confidence to take the next step in their careers.

Ishwariya trained as an architect before moving into hospitality as a pastry chef and then into coaching, a background that informs her understanding of the pressures women face in project-based, majority male professions. Her coaching focuses on career progression into senior leadership, leading larger projects and teams, and developing a leadership style with greater impact and influence.

The practice offers one-to-one executive coaching, workshops and talks, and structured programmes including Leadership Lab for new and aspiring women leaders, Power Pose for mid-career women rebuilding confidence after a career break, and Director's Cut for directors and executives. It also works with organisations on leadership development coaching and training programmes that support a more gender-equitable leadership pipeline.
