Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is an executive coach and speaker, and the founder of Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching. She supports women working in architecture, hospitality and other majority male industries with building the confidence to take the next step in their careers, from first leadership roles through to director and executive level.
Ishwariya trained as an architect, with a BArch from Bangalore University and an MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings from Cardiff University, before changing careers to train as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu London. She founded her coaching practice in 2021 and is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching. In 2023 she was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Alongside her own practice she has coached leaders in local government and mentors on the Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation programme at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
