M3H is an architectural firm in Amsterdam. Since 1995 we have been working on the urban environment with a team of about ten designers. M3H is a member of the Association of Dutch Architects (BNA).

M3H works together
We never work alone. We assume a creative collaboration with clients, residents, users, consultants, builders and other stakeholders. Together we shape the process.

M3H researches
For M3H, every assignment starts with research. We place the project in the social, physical and historical context. We add our practical and theoretical knowledge to this. And we let our experience speak. In this way we collect all the ingredients needed for a good design or sound advice.

M3H builds
Making and building is our top priority. Our interventions are precise and high-quality with innovative solutions in all facets. Craftsmanship and craft are our basis. The result is a good living environment.

M3H makes
We work on projects at all scale levels. Our projects are designed and made as a tailor-made suit. They are unusually common, and only show themselves well at second glance. They have a long shelf life and therefore durable.

M3H learns
We see our profession as a continuous exercise. That is why we like to work on competitions and we put a lot of energy into research. We often and extensively share our knowledge and vision with others, such as in education and advisory committees.
