Squire & Partners

Squire and Partners is a London-based architecture practice founded in 1976 by Michael Squire. The firm has since grown into a prominent global practice with a portfolio of work that spans a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, cultural, and master planning.

Michael Squire, the founder of the practice, studied architecture at the Architectural Association in London and began his career working for Richard Rogers and Norman Foster. He then went on to work for MJP Architects, where he became a partner, before founding Squire and Partners.

The firm has a reputation for designing high-quality and sustainable buildings that are rooted in a deep understanding of their context. Squire and Partners has been involved in a number of high-profile projects over the years, including the redevelopment of the BBC Television Centre in White City, the refurbishment of the iconic Shell Centre on London's South Bank, and the design of One Tower Bridge, a mixed-use development on the banks of the River Thames.

The practice has won numerous awards for its work, including the RIBA Stirling Prize for its work on the Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge and the AJ100 Building of the Year award for the design of One Tower Bridge.
