Description

At Stride Treglown, we are proud to be an employee-owned architectural practice and a Certified B Corporation. Our core values are Better Places, Empowered People and Resilient Partnerships.

Our collective of studios brings together over 300 architects, designers and specialists. Together we work across the Civic, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Residential sectors, alongside interiors, landscape, planning, building surveying, urban design, graphic design and sustainability advice.

With nine UK studios in Bath, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Plymouth, Truro and Winchester, we are rooted in the communities we serve. Working with our clients, we aim to improve the lives of future generations through design that is driven by purpose rather than ego.

Working with us: we believe in giving people the freedom to express their creativity and develop professionally. Joining the team opens up a wide range of opportunities, from involvement in a broad mix of projects to technical training, professional coaching and mentoring.

As an employee-owned company, everybody has the opportunity to hold shares and genuinely influence the direction of the practice. We take wellbeing seriously, and in 2015 became the first UK organisation to achieve Excellence in all categories of the Workplace Wellbeing Charter. We offer hybrid, agile and flexible working so that everyone can find the balance they are looking for.
