Zero threshold & uncapped commission – earn from your first placement; realistic OTE ~£60k in Year 1 and £80k + in Year 2 once your desk is fully humming.
Senior title, genuine influence – help shape our processes, mentor juniors if you wish, and contribute to growth strategy.
Creative freedom – brand videos, podcasts, events: if it helps you win business, we back it.
Clear path to Principal / Team Lead – including equity conversations as we scale.
What you’ll be doing
Client partnership – deepen relationships with AJ100 practices, design-led developers, consultancies and start-ups.
Candidate talent-spotting – map the market, attract passive talent and guide them through career-defining moves.
Business development – leverage our marketing engine and your network to open new accounts and expand existing ones.
Thought leadership – represent Architecture Social on webinars, panels and industry events; share insights with the team.
What we’re looking for
Proven senior biller – ideally 3-6 years in architecture / design recruitment (or similar) with £180k+ annual GP.
Strategic drive – you think beyond jobs-in/jobs-out, building long-term partnerships and spotting new revenue streams.
Sector passion – genuine love of architecture & design; you keep tabs on projects and players.
Autonomy & ownership – you plan your market, run your desk and take accountability for results.

Earnings & progression
Year 1: ramp up your desk and you should achieve ~£60,000 OTE (base + commission + bonuses).
