A compact shipping-container office in Torquay, Victoria, designed to share a site between two boutique practices: Lachlan Shepherd Architects and James Wilson Insurance Solutions. The build groups three repurposed containers around a central amenities room, with the remaining volume split into two independent office suites. Set across a previously disused car park, the project turns an underused parcel into a low-cost, low-impact workplace for both businesses.
Completed in 2017. Project size 70 m² on a 557 m² site, single-level.
