Aqeel Sourjah is an Associate Partner at Quadrant, the London based real estate developer, where he leads the delivery and repositioning of ESG focused office developments across the capital, managing projects from feasibility and planning through design, procurement and construction.
Aqeel trained in architecture, qualifying as RIBA Part 1, before completing an MSc in Real Estate Development at the University of Westminster. He joined Quadrant through an internship offered by one of his tutors, a partner at the firm, and progressed from development manager roles on Central London projects including YY London in Canary Wharf and OSMO in Battersea.
His background across architecture and real estate development lets him move between design intent, technical detail and commercial decision making, working closely with investors, lenders, agents, occupiers, planners and technical advisors.
