Hakan Agca is the founder of CrossWorks, a London-based architecture and masterplanning studio. He set up the practice around 2020 after roughly 15 years working in large, medium and small firms, specialising in large-scale urban design and city planning.
His work spans master plans, mixed-use buildings and new cities, with a strong interest in how technology and software can support the design process. Hakan featured on the Architecture Social podcast discussing the business of architecture, from taking risks and building a network to hiring, scaling sustainably and adopting new technology.
