Rahul’s design consists of 2 sections which undertakes into the public spaces and private hotel sectors. The spaces are divided with one level of sky garden for the public to socialise which becomes a healing sanctuary for the people on site. This design with the triple glazed skin facade has complex interacting mechanics that moves according to the weather, allowing flexibility with comfort control for users. The design embeds Biophilic elements integrated within the building, preserving zero carbon footprint as the building itself acts upon an environmental filter which takes in polluted air and releasing healthy natural oxygen.from their daily life.
