Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects through multiple RIBA stages, from design development through to completion.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring programme, quality and client expectations are achieved.
- Develop and oversee planning submissions, technical packages and construction information.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders, leading meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Coordinate project information and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress.
- Support the delivery of commercial workplace and retrofit projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members where required.
- Play an active role within a collaborative studio that values design quality, teamwork and professional development.
Key Requirements
- ARB registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
- Experience working on commercial workplace, retrofit, education or similar complex project types.
- Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing project programmes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
