Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
- Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently achieved.
- Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, planning submissions and construction information.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
- Act as a key client contact, leading meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members, helping them develop and progress.
- Work closely with contractors and the wider design team to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the transformation and repositioning of existing buildings, delivering creative and commercially aware design solutions.
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
- Play an active role within a supportive studio environment that values design excellence, teamwork and collaboration.
Key Requirements
- ARB registered Senior Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
- Strong experience across commercial workplace, office retrofit and education projects.
- Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages, with strong technical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD/Revit.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams.
- Confident communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
