Carlo Magni

Carlo Magni is an Associate Director at EPR Architects in London. Originally from Italy, he trained first as an engineer and then as an architect, and has spent around 17 years in the construction industry. He joined EPR roughly seven years ago and works across residential, commercial and hospitality projects, including international hotels.

Alongside his architectural work, Carlo coaches and mentors first-time managers and team leaders, with a particular focus on helping introverts build confidence, leadership presence and team performance. He draws on his own experience of leading teams and on research from organisational psychology. A keen public speaker, he has presented at RIBA Future Architects events and is an advocate of Toastmasters for developing communication skills. He describes himself as an introvert with a deep appetite for continuous learning.
