About

Greta Kriovaite is Design Principal at Woodalls, the London-headquartered workplace and design and build studio, where she leads the design team. A workplace specialist, she focuses on transforming offices into inspiring environments that support people, wellbeing and performance, working with clients from the early discovery stage through to delivery and post-occupancy.

Originally from Lithuania, Greta studied interior architecture at the University of Brighton and began her career at Woods Bagot before moving on to Unispace and then Woodalls. Her design philosophy draws on phenomenology and behavioural design, creating spaces that evoke a personal and emotional response. She is a strong advocate for inclusive, human-centred workplaces and for using new technology, including AI, to free designers to focus on creativity and craft.
