Studio 15b's second office fit-out for engineering consultancy TTM Consulting takes the Bundall site to 167 m2 across a single level, with the Broadwater outlook driving the planning. Workstations sit along the window line so most of the team works directly under the view, while a bright kitchen, lunchroom and breakout space sit behind them to keep daily flow easy.
A continuous "TTM blue" stripe pulls the reception, enclosed office and meeting space together as one zone, picking up the client's existing corporate identity without overplaying it. The new meeting room is wrapped in frosted corporate film for privacy and given its own graphic pin-board and feature lighting. Neutral wall paint is broken with bursts of colour on selected columns so the brand continues quietly through the open plan rather than landing only at reception.
Familiar Studio 15b moves from the practice's previous TTM fit-out tie the two offices together, while Gold Coast carries its own character. Design coordination ran through the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic and was delivered almost entirely on remote workflows. Completion: 2020.
