Your Role: In this senior role, you will:

• Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within financial budgets and deadlines.
• Engage in research and development to solve architectural problems creatively and effectively.
• Produce and oversee detailed project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications using Revit.
• Manage project tender processes, including contractor interviews and tender assessments.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team, fostering a professional and friendly environment.

Who They Are Looking For:

• An architect with at least three years of experience post Part 3 or equivalent, with a background in an architectural practice.
• Strong technical and detailed drawing skills, highly proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Rhino is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of running effective meetings and coordinating efforts across teams.
• Thorough understanding of the latest UK building regulations and a solid grasp of written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
