At ZEDPods, Lalit leads on design and on bridging the gap between design and construction, with a particular focus on eliminating the performance gap and delivering genuinely low-carbon homes. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
He features on the Architecture Social Podcast discussing his journey into modular construction, the studio's air-rights and brownfield model, pricing and business lessons, hiring, and the future of modular housing.
