Job Description
Due to an expanding range of projects, we are on the lookout for a Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Designer to join our Singapore studio team to work on a variety of exciting projects. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.
Experience and Qualifications
RIBA Part 3 or approved equivalent qualified Architectural Graduate
Registration with the Board of Architects in Singapore is preferred and registered in other recognised professional bodies in other countries can be considered
Demonstrable relevant experience of working in Singapore and within South-East Asia working within the data centres, critical infrastructure and rail architecture sectors.
Demonstrable relevant architectural work experience in the design and implementation of rail projects in Singapore
Certified Singapore BCA’s Green Mark Manager or Design for Safety (DfS) is preferred.
Relevant Skills and Knowledge
Competent Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional)
Competent working knowledge of Revit & BIM
Good working knowledge with design tools like Rhino, Grasshopper etc is preferred
Good working knowledge of Singapore & regional Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
Ability to drive the content and the final presentation of project documentation using Affinity Designer, Photo, Publisher and SketchUp
