ShapeDiver empowers computational designers to build sophisticated applications with nothing but Grasshopper.
To ensure we're always at the cutting edge of our trade, our computational design team, led by Edwin Hernandez, is continually working to push the limits of what is possible with Grasshopper and our App Builder tools. They are implementing unique online applications for our customers in fields as varied as AEC, Jewelry, Furniture, Sports, Industrial Tools, and many more.
Now, we're growing our team by adding another full-time senior computational designer to work alongside Edwin.
You are an ideal candidate for this position if you enjoy building well-structured speed-optimized Grasshopper models for use in online applications. You are comfortable coding extensions in C# when necessary and processing structured data in various formats (JSON, XML, mesh formats, etc.). You are used to working independently towards deadlines and managing your time accordingly.
Your strong communication skills allow you to converse with our customers and distill their requirements into specification documents for 3D configurators and Grasshopper models. Your experience in web development enables you to understand the language developers speak and coordinate projects involving us, our customers, and web developers. You excel in finding and fixing problems and supporting our customers using your strong troubleshooting skills.
